On the Christmas Day 2020, Santa Clause roamed around the national capital seated in a specially designed vehicle and spreading awareness on Tyre Safety amongst the commuters in Delhi.

In a day-long campaign run by Automotive Tyre Manufacturers’ Association (ATMA), a volunteer playing the character of Santa Clause positioned himself at strategic locations like markets, metro stations, parks etc. Santa held a placard urging commuters to be true Santas for their families as there was no better gift for the family than driving back home safe every day.

Santa Clause also distributed booklets on Tyre Care & Safety observing all the safety guidelines. The Santa held a major attraction for the visitors who frequented the public places.

“Santa holds a special place in the collective conscience of the children and we felt the message about Road & Tyre Safety could be communicated in a creative manner eliciting attention of children and adults alike”, said Mr Rajiv Budhraja, Director General ATMA”.
